( A )
A solar system is installed to provide domestic hot water .The Solar system is using all the available solar energy and at times when it’s not enough then the Gas boiler is switched ON through a control system .
The solar system consists of 3 Solar panels 1.5x 1.0 & 1 x 400 Litre Hot water cylinder for each floor.
( B )
A smart VRV system is installed for the space air conditioning and heating of the extra 2 floors (3rd & 4th ) . The system consists of 1 Daikin air cooled Outdoor unit and 12 ceiling concealedIndoor units . The benefits of the air cooled VRV system from the spit unit type air conditioning is the efficiency ( 20 to 30 % higher ) , the less number of outdoor units and the ability to install the outdoor units much longer distance from the indoors .

A complete plumbing system is installed consisting of : ( a) Central pipes & final piping to sanitary ware with PPR-80 for both the hot and cold water as well as the drinking water. ( b ) A complete sewage system consists of all the pvc plastic piping for all the sanitary fittings to the first outside manhole. ( c ) Connection of all the sanitary fittings to the plumbing and sewage piping and installation of all the accessories. ( d ) 2 existing pressure pumps systems are re installed to provide high water pressure to all the sanitary fittings, saving water as well as energy .

All W.C areas with inline fans, ducting and grills.
COMMON AREAS AND KITCHENS
( A )
Domestic hot water is supplied via the existing Oil boiler i through a control system .
( B )
Split units are installed in these areas. 4 DAIKIN round flow cassettes in veranda area. 4 wall type DAIKIN split units in kitchen and Lantza areas, 2 DAIKIN ceiling concealed split units in Guest change rooms.
