A Central heating system with radiators is installed to provide space heating as well as domestic hot water.
The system is consists of : a) 295 Kw oil boiler & 57 radiators with 3000L tank, pumps & controls for the P b) 55 Kw oil boiler & 14 radiators with 1000L oil tank, pumps & controls for Nursery school.

A solar system is installed to provide domestic hot water .The Solar system is using all the available solar energy and at times when it’s not enough then the Oil boiler is switched ON through a control system.
The solar system consists of 4 Solar panels 2.0x 1.0 (2 for Primary & 2 for Nursery school), 2 x 200 Litre Hot water cylinders (1 for Primary & 1 for Nursery school)
A smart VRV system is installed for the space air conditioning and heating of the assembly area. The system consists of 2 Haier air cooled Outdoor units and 9 Indoor units (7 cassettes & 2 wall types). The benefits of the air cooled VRV system from the spit unit type air conditioning is the efficiency ( 20 to 30 % higher ) , the less number of outdoor units and the ability to install the outdoor units much longer distance from the indoors . The office and administration have Haier wall type split units installed.

A complete plumbing system is installed consists of : ( a) Central pipes PPR-80 & Pex pipe in pipe piping and manifolds for the piping of all the sanitary fittings for both the hot and cold water as well as the drinking water for Nursery school. The Primary is with PPR-80 piping for all the points in school. ( b ) a complete sewage system consists of all the pvc plastic piping for all the sanitary fittings to the first outside manhole. ( c ) connection of all the sanitary fittings to the plumbing and sewage piping and installation of all the accessories. ( d ) 2 pressure pumps systems are installed(1 for Primary & 1 for Nursery school) to provide high water pressure to all the sanitary fittings, saving water as well as energy .

Ventilation of the assembly hall area with 2 x LG HRV (Heat Recovery) units with ducting and grills which provide recirculation of air conditioned air in conjunction with the VRV system, , saving up to 30% on energy costs. Ventilation of basement parking area with 2 x box fans (Exhaust) with ducting and grills, and 1 x supply fan for fresh air. All W.C areas with inline fans, ducting and grills. Workshops and preparation areas are ventilated with window type fans and speed controls.

Fire extinguishers are located throughout the school and a provision for wet riser is provide in the basement parking system.
