Finishing an existing un-finished house as well as a newly built smaller structure to serve as the servant’s quarters.
Z&X Mechanical installations is the sub-contractor for finishing all the plumbing and air conditioning works pending at the un-finished house and to find solutions for the additions the customer requests. In addition, we are installing all the provisions in regards to plumbing and air conditioning in the servant’s quarters.
A solar system will be installed to provide domestic hot water. The Solar system is using all the available solar energy and at times when it’s not enough then the gas boiler is switched ON through a smart BMS control system.
The solar system will consist of 3 Solar panels 2.0 x 1.0, 1 300L Hot water cylinder with C.H Coil and a circulating pump with press control.
A clever smart solar system will be installed to provide all the electricity needed for the filtration and circulation system of the swimming pool. It will consist of 8, 250 Watt Photovoltaic panels, 1 solar pump and 1 Controller. This system is enough to keep the swimming pool clean all day long without the use of any electrical supply.
A 5KW Net metering will be installed to provide as much of the electricity needed during the day, as possible. It will consist of 20, 250 Watt Photovoltaic panels.
When it comes to the space air conditioning and heating, split units will be installed, as well as a 40kw Gas Boiler for the heating of the Main House (un-finished) and a 9kw Electric Boiler for the heating of the servant’s quarters. The system for the Main house consists of 4 air cooled Outdoor units, and 7 Indoor units. The system for the servant’s quarters consists of 1 air cooled Outdoor units, and 2 Indoor units.
A complete plumbing system is installed and consists of: (a) pex pipe in pipe piping and manifolds for the piping of all the sanitary fittings for both the hot and cold water as well as the drinking water. (b) a complete sewage system consists of all the pvc plastic piping for all the sanitary fittings to the fist outside manhole. (c) connection of all the sanitary fittings to the plumbing and sewage piping and installation of all the accessories. (d) an inverter pressure pump system is installed to provide high water pressure to all the sanitary fittings, saving water as well as energy.
All the electromechanical work, machinery and systems of the swimming pool will be installed and will consist of: (a) all pvc piping from the pumps and filters in the plant room to all the inlets, drains and other fittings in the swimming pool. (b) all the fittings in the swimming pool like inlets, drains vacuum point, lights and fixtures. (c) all the electrical work like wiring, control and electrical panel, connection of lights, pumps and fixtures. (d) supply and installation of all the machinery and equipment in the plant room like pumps, filters and fixtures.
