PROJECT DESCRIPTION

ALIATHON HOLIDAY VILLAGE – PAPHOS

( A )

A Geothermal system is installed to provide air conditioning and space heating as well as domestic hot water and sulfur hot water for the use in the treatment rooms . Also it is used for the heating of the indoor sulfur heated pools .

The geothermal system is consists of : a) 4 km  of pex pipe horizontal installation .b) 5 Geothermal heat pumps and 5 Heat exchangers for the production of domestic hot water .c) 10 geothermal VRV system for the space air conditioning and heating with water cooled outdoor units and ceeling concealed indoor units , and 90 indoor units.

 

( B )

A solar system is installed to provide domestic hot water. The Solar system is using all the available solar energy and at times when it’s not enough then the geothermal heat pumps are switched ON through a smart BMS control system .

The solar system consists of 240 Solar panels , 8 Hot water cylinders , circulating pumps and solar control station .

 

( C )

A clever smart solar system is installed to provide all the electricity needed for the filtration and circulation system of the swimming pools . It consists of 80 Photovoltaic panels, 8 Solar pumps and 8 Controllers . This system is enough to keep the swimming pool clean and hygiene all day long without the use of any electrical supply.

 

( D )

A smart VRV system is installed for the space air conditioning and heating . The system consists of 12 air cooled  Outdoor units and 96 Indoor units . The benefits of the air cooled VRV system from the spit unit type air conditioning is the efficiency ( 20 to 30 % higher ) , the less number of outdoor units and the ability to install the outdoor units much longer .

 

( E )

A complete plumbing system is installed consists of : ( a) pex pipe in pipe piping and manifolds for the piping of all the sanitary fittings for both the hot and cold water as well as the drinking water . ( b ) a complete sewage system consists of all the pvc plastic piping for all the sanitary fittings to the fist outside manhole. ( c ) connection of all the sanitary fittings to the plumbing and sewage piping and installation of all the accessories. ( d ) an inverter pressure pump system is installed to provide high water pressure to all the sanitary fittings, saving water as well as energy . ( e ) a water softener is installed for the production of soft water , avoiding building up of scale, saving energy and giving long life to all mixers , kitchen equipment and sanitary fittings.

 

( F )

A smart BMS ( control system ) is installed complete with sensors , wiring , and control panel to manage all the above described systems ,for maximum efficiency and energy saving .
