Z&X Mechanical Installations, with over 30 years experience in the field and a strong reputation, was proudly appointed as the mechanical engineering company to undertake, supply, install and complete all below works from scratch consisting of:
Air Conditining and Heating
A smart VRV system is installed (air conditioning and heating). The system consists of two air – cooled outdoor units hidden in the plantroom in the basement, and thirteen indoor units .
Ceiling concealed units are used in the restaurant area connected to high efficiency jet nozzles to blow the cold or hot air into the space.
Concealed indoor units are also used in the toilet areas, where through flexible ducts and linear grills the toilet space is ventilated.
Plumbing System Is Consisting Of:
(a) pex pipe in pipe piping and manifolds for the piping of all the sanitary fittings for both hot and cold water as well as the drinking water.
(b) a complete sewage system consists of all the pvc plastic piping for all the sanitary fittings to the fist outside manhole.
(c) connection of all the sanitary fittings to the plumbing and sewage piping and installation of all the accessories.
(d) an inverter pressure pump system is installed to provide high water pressure to all the sanitary fittings, saving water as well as energy.
(e) a water softener is installed for the production of soft water, avoiding building up of scale, saving energy and giving long life to all mixers, kitchen equipment and sanitary fittings.
(f) An PO system in parallel with UV system to provide best quality water needed for the production of a top quality coffee.
Kitchen Area
Kitchen area space is ventilated by cassette type indoor units. The benefits of the air cooled VRV system from the spit unit type air conditioning is the efficiency ( 20 to 30 % higher ) , the less number of outdoor units and the ability to install the outdoor units much longer .
Fresh Air and Exhaust System
Individual fans for both exhaust and fresh air for all the areas including kitchen, restaurant, store rooms and toilets have been installed in the ceiling and through duct work and gills we maintain a pleasant environment. To save energy all the fans are switched on and off by timers.
