Constantinou Bros Athena Royal Beach Hotel – Project Update

Constantinou Bros Athena Royal Beach Hotel is an adult-focused, four star, waterfront hotel in Kato Paphos.

Years after our first mechanical installations in the Athena Royal Beach Hotel, Z&X Mechanical Installations Ltd has been chosen again by the company, to be part of the renovation of their hotel. The project is due to be completed and this is an update of the works by our dedicated team. 

Constantinou Bros Athena Royal Beach Hotel is now renovating and adding an additional floor which will be occupied by over 40 rooms.

Z&X Mechanical Installations Ltd has been appointed for the following works:

• Labeling, disconnection of 22 existing VRV compressors (vacuum & gas recovery for each system).

• Labeling, disconnection of 2 chilers, pumps, panels & accessories, all piping on roof.

• Labeling, disconnection & removal of all exhaust fans & ducting on roof.

• Extension of VRV piping drains and electrical to 4th floor. Re connection of vacuum, recovery of 22 compressors, start–up & commissioning.

• New copper piping provision for 42 split units with drains & electrical works.

• Installation of split units (concealer) with plenums & grills.

• Extension of ducting to 4th floor & re – installation of existing duct work & fans on roof.

• Installation of new fans to 4th floor extension & new ducting for above.

• Re positioning of 2 chillers on roof, re installation of all pumps, panels, controls on roof & start–up.

• New piping to 4 AHU ground floor.
