A smart VRV system is installed (air conditioning and heating). The system consists of two air – cooled outdoor units hidden in the plantroom in the basement, and thirteen indoor units .

Ceiling concealed units are used in the restaurant area connected to high efficiency jet nozzles to blow the cold or hot air into the space.

Concealed indoor units are also used in the toilet areas, where through flexible ducts and linear grills the toilet space is ventilated.

Kitchen area space is ventilated by cassette type indoor units. The benefits of the air cooled VRV system from the spit unit type air conditioning is the efficiency ( 20 to 30 % higher ) , the less number of outdoor units and the ability to install the outdoor units much longer .

Individual fans for both exhaust and fresh air for all the areas including kitchen, restaurant, store rooms and toilets have been installed in the ceiling and through duct work and gills we maintain a pleasant environment. To save energy all the fans are switched on and off by timers.
