9 floor Offices Building (plus 2 basements)
Ground Floor & Mezzanine (coffee shop)
Airconditioning (split units & VRV)
Ventilation & Heat Recovery Units
Fire fighting (sprinklers, hose reels & wet riser)
Plumbing Works (drainage, sewage piping & water supply)
