Tylos Beach Hotel – 2021 Renovation

Tylos Beach Hotel is located in the most elegant region of Kato-Pyrgos at the end of an attractive small fishing hamlet. A family-run hotel that has been welcoming guests for over 30 years. 

When Tylos Beach Hotel was built, Z&X Mechanical Installations were appointed for all the mechanical installations of the hotel and it was one of Z&X’s first projects. Z&X has carried out the preventive maintenance and callouts ever since. Some 30 years later, Z&X was proudly appointed as the mechanical engineering company, amongst other competitors, to complete the full renovation of all the mechanical services with smart new technologies and low energy consumption systems.

A summary of the works to be completed include:

Air-conditioning works

Removal of old A/C system chiller with its pipes from the roof.

Removal of fan coil units in all 68 rooms and Lobby Area.

Replacement of units with a VRV air conditioning system, 6 outdoor units and 75 concealed indoor units with plenum boxes, flexibles and grills.

Aeriation system

Check of old WC exhaust fans for all 68 rooms and add 4 new exhaust fans.

Plumbing Works

Removal of old Boiler for hot water with its chimney and replace it with a new Boiler 48Kw.

Supply and install new hot & cold water piping for the 48 renovated rooms.

Supply and install new sewage piping for the 48 renovated rooms.

Replacement all sanitary ware for the 48 renovated rooms.
